CALL FOR OFFERS FOR
The creation of a Greek interface and for the
activation of a Greek CMS version of the COMPOSE toolbox
COMPOSE PLUS
project (https://compose.interreg-med.eu) tackles the
challenge of how to increase the share of RES in energy mix of specific areas,
rural and island areas and of the Mediterranean area at large. The project
builds upon an existing COMPOSE tool (https://reselplan-toolbox.eu/)
which was developed throughout the previous COMPOSE; with COMPOSE PLUS the tool
will be upgraded, adapted and transferred to stakeholders, in light, among
other, of the stakeholders needs analysis produced by INSULEUR in the framework
of the project, thus empowering them for absorption of EU and cohesion funds in
energy sector via respective capacity building activities.
To be able to
achieve this, the Network of Insular Chambers of Commerce and Industry of the
European Union, announces an open call for the selection of offers for the creation of a Greek interface and for the
activation of a Greek CMS version of the COMPOSE toolbox, allowing the
dissemination and transfer of the toolbox and the COMPOSE model based on the
receiving stakeholders needs and recommendations (A 3.6 Training and capacity
building for stakeholders / Fine tuning of transferring strategy).
The call is
open to the following applicants: SME’s, start-ups, and any business/agency with
experience in providing the above services.
The maximum
available budget is up to one thousand two hundred (1.200,00) euro, VAT included. The offers should
be fit for purpose and sufficient to meet the call’s requirements and the
selection will be made based on financial criteria.
The duration of
the call is (1) month, 17/12/2021-17/01/2022. Deadline for
submission of offers: January 17th 2022.
The Call is
issued as part of the activities of the project COMPOSE PLUS – Rural Communities
engaged with positive energy PLUS (COMPOSE PLUS), funded by the European
Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
